9 times out of 10, I go to https://web.skype.com/ and this is the screen I see:-

I don’t know why such a large company can’t get something so simple to work properly; I guess Microsoft just doesn’t have the capabilities to get anything right.

I have stopped wasting time trying to write to them to get support because it would take months to get a response if I should ever get one.
